Hi, I’m Joe.

My primary focus since 2018 has been working on the decentralized web via the Polkadot protocol. As a side hobby I’m quite active in the mountains and enjoy ski mountaineering in particular.

In 2014 I sold everything and moved to Europe to pursue professional cycling. I didn’t quite make it, but I like Europe and stuck around. I live in Switzerland now.

Besides cycling and software development, I’ve worked on shock and vibration simulation for satellite launch and jet engine failure analysis.
